I had applied for a remote medical coder position via LinkedIn and I received an email stating that I was shortlisted for the job. There was a little bit about the job and the benefits listed and the person (named Christopher Wale) requested I fill out the pre-screener questionnaire. I filled it out -which it asked basic questions like 'How do you handle stress?' 'Please share your greatest strengths' What are you current weaknesses and how are you addressing them (as it related to your job)?', 'What medical resources are you familiar with'? etc etc. I filled out the questionnaire and returned it via email on Friday March 22nd. I was contacted this morning, Monday March 25th 2024, also via email that states I have been offered the job, and to please provide my name and address for the offer letter. I have not yet responded, other to ask if we can talk on the phone for more information on the position. Some red flags I am seeing: this person has no phone number attached to their emails, they shouldn't need my contact information as it is on my resume, which if it was pulled from LinkedIn (where I applied) all that information would be available already. The guy also indicated that a check would be mailed to me for office equipment set up, but generally for remote positions the company mails the equipment to you, not the other way around.

This is continuing information from my original report of this scam, and how they use the USPS tracking information to scam payment institutions like Paypal and our credit card companies that they are a legitimate business delivering on the products they sell. I spoke with my local postmaster and received detailed tracking information for the number that unsalesite.com is using to report delivery confirmation to Paypal. This is how they did it - they mailed a very small package to a bogus P.O. Box. Technically package was delivered, but to a locker for undeliverable packages and not my home. The tracking information also contains details of the package not found in USPS tracking. The product I ordered was 23 lbs, 58x23x6. The product they shipped was 8 oz, 14x4x5 inches. If this happens to you, get the details from your post office and submit this to paypal or credit card company, it should be sufficient information to overcome the "seller has proven package was delivered" scam. I applied to a position through Indeed for employer listed as AIM Construction Company. I then received an email from a [email protected] stating my application had been selected to proceed with an interview. I was then directed to email a Hayley Bassett at [email protected]. I emailed to ask what employer this was for since I have applied for various positions through Indeed.com. "Mrs. Hayley Bassett stated I had applied at their sister company AIM Construction Company who forwarded my application to them at WIDEX INC. Through email conversation, "Mrs. Bassett" requested me to download the WIRE application in order to schedule and proceed with the interview. I downloaded the app and sent "her" an invitation, and we scheduled the interview for today at 8am. The "interview" began and ended up being an online interview. (I was under the impression that it would be an interview by video through this app). We proceeded with the interview and there were many red flags throughout the conversation. I have not deleted the WIRE app in order to save the conversation with this individual. They did get my address, phone number and email, nothing more. I can provide the email thread and conversation through WIRE if needed. This is ridiculous. These so-called people preying on individuals who are actively seeking employment.

After a week I contacted them via email asking about shipment of the vanity. I was told they had high volume and should be shipped soon. Not having received anything, stared looking for the computer screen pic, found it, dated 25DEC23, so went to Visa Credit Card statement and 26DEC23 showed a charge paid to AITINAAA.com for $59.98. Did a google search found Salehappt.shop listed as being Fraudulent, entered the Visa Credit Card statement name AITINAAA.com and found online clothes merchant WELLNIE Inc, 1130 Pennsylvania St, Denver, CO 80203. Did a Denver BBB search says business owner is Jiayu Zhang (719) 759-7316. The merchant website AITINAAY had a email at contact us - emailed [email protected]. Sent in my email to this email screen pic of Salehappt receipt and then pic of line from Visa Credit Card statement showing they received from my account $59.98. Then started completing this Scam Report.

I found another report of this same scam after the fact using the business address of 4435 Angie Drive Los Angeles, California and a different website. My experience started on Facebook with an account for artist Wayne Wallace created 9/30/2023. Posts claimed he was no longer going to make his fairy/dandelion sculptures and was selling remaining stock at a deep discount. Links to Killgoty.com website with videos and photos of beautiful, 3-dimensional steel wire and copper sculptures. Ordered a complete set of 6 and one for a gift. Order/shipping confirmation and tracking worked fine. The sculptures received did not match in appearance, materials or size to what was shown and described on the website. The fairies are ugly, cheap 2-dimensional metal silhouettes. Hard to overstate just how flimsy and unattractive they are versus the photos on website. Immediately used contact form on website to request a return in accordance with the money-back guarantee on website. Didn’t hear from them after a few days, so emailed directly to [email protected] to request return shipping address (no return instructions in packaging). Reply and all subsequent correspondence from support@sersuper. First, requested photo of shipping label (on shrink-wrapped packaging which I had to dig out of the trash days after receipt…ugh) and photo of “broken” products. I replied with photo of shipping label as well as a series of screenshots from the website verses photos of product actually received to document the misrepresentation. Vendor response was an offer of 20% refund and I wouldn’t have to return the product. I repeated my request for a full refund and return shipping address and provided a screenshot of the money back guarantee from their website. Now I’ve received an offer of 30% back. Have again requested a full refund and return shipping address. I don’t expect this to end well.

I am presently trying to loose weight. On TikTok, Twitter (X), and Instagram I kept seeing adds for a company named Boomlon that was offering extremely good deals on Weights, workout equipment, etc. So I decided to follow it and in early August, specifically August 10th of 2023, I purchased a set from the website for a total of $43.80. This was for order 2494 I was given a tracking number of BLO004951494, and I thought that this was really weird. Especially since the only way I could track this was through a side named track888.com at the time I did not know this, but apparently track888.com lets you make fake tracking numbers and update them yourself. Well after I received the tracking I waited, until I got curious and it said that it was handed off to a local carrier because despite the company being based in the UK they were shipping from China. Which again, I thought was weird. A few days later, now on September 14th, it updated to say that the weights had actually been delivered a week prior. Now, I work from home and have a Ring alert system for motion, cameras, etc. So they could not have delivered them without me noticing. Well I checked with my neighbors and all around the property and nothing. I also called USPS, Fedex, and UPS and neither of them had any packages coming to my house within the past 30 days. So I went to the websites support page, which says that there is a contact phone number, but there actually isn't, actually the exact thing the website says is this: "We are committed to providing our customers with better service. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us. Phone & Email Our Presale Phone Line is available in English for all our customers. Call Time From MON-SUN 10:00-19:00 EST Due to peak season we are experiencing a high volume of calls at the moment and our phone agents will only offer assistance for presales questions. On 11/12/2023 the site tracking888.com updated for tracking CF1058453104 saying that it was transferred to local courier company. I once more called UPS, USPS, and Fedex. None of them had anything coming to me. I waited, and on 11/24/2023 the weights were marked as delivered. I once more had the same thing happen. No delivery. I called USPS, UPS, and Fedex and still they had nothing. It was at this point that when I called UPS and spoke to a manager they had actually advised me that tracking888.com is used by a lot of scam companies to make fake tracking to keep the customer waiting past the amount of time a person has to dispute a charge with their company. I did some research online and found that tracking888.com is actually indeed able to be used to make fake tracking numbers. I was at this point extremely upset. I emailed boomlon again and told them I wanted a refund. I received no response. It was at this point that I realized that the company had scammed me. I looked it up online and found that you only have 90 days to dispute a charge on a credit card without proving it as fraud. It was around this time that I saw a few posts on twitter appearing saying that the same thing had happened to them. I realized that the company was trying to wait out the clock and was attempting to scam people using fake accounts. I attempted to look the company up and found that they had taken down all their social media pages. No longer were they on TikTok, The Twitter page is still @BoomLon but now has no content at all. The only thing that is still up is their website. I took the entire email chain and called my bank, and I was able to prove that this was indeed fraud and was able to receive a refund but was advised that I should report the company and hopefully get their site taken down or at least prevent people in the US from ordering from them. Professional-Looking Documentation: They provided what seemed to be standard employment documents, including a contract, an I-9 form (used for verifying the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States), a background check authorization, and an employee handbook for "Food Tech Design Group." Use of Realistic Names and Positions: The scammer introduced themselves as "John Waters" and also mentioned Mr. Mefford, providing email addresses for both (jwaters@foodtechdesigngroup and [email protected]). Spirit Halloween offered discounted Halloween merchandise at a reduced price. It also used a different merchant called Discount Deluxe Deals whom the product was coming from. They used a phoney carrier called China post to supposively ship the merchandise, which you can track the merchandise using a site called "17 track.net " It showed the carrier as being called " China Post Carrier ". It will eventually tell you your merchandise was delivery to your address but it never arrives. Then I got notices that my credit card and email was found on the " Dark Web " once I used this site.

I purchased a mushroom lamp that was advertised on their website. I now see that it appears the images they used online have been altered by AI technology as the product I received only vaguely resembles what's being advertised on their website. I attempted to upload images, but this webpage won't allow me to click anything after uploading. I do have images and email communication available if needed. The product I received is nowhere near the value that I paid. Also, upon investigation I found that all positive product reviews were fake along with the social media accounts used to leave the reviews. I left my review of how the advertised image is misleading and was then blocked from their social media. I sent an email asking to return the product and receive a refund. After 5 days of back and forth emails they finally agreed to allow me to return the product, but that I would have to pay for shipping it back to China through certifiable and trackable shipping which would be about $50 dollars. In the end, if I were to do that it would mean that I'd only be getting about $20 back from my purchase price of the lamp. I explained to them that they can either pay for and provide a return label to me to ship it back to China or I'd be happy to pay for shipping to Wyoming where they claim their business is located. They then said that in order to get the refund I would need to pay for the shipping to China. I have submitted a dispute through my credit card company and refuse to continue communicating with this fraudulent business.

The scammer had a personal ad on Facebook (Meta). The scammer listed the ad as "Hallmark Overstock" merchandise. The link took me to a long list of Christmas merchandise. I selected several items as they advertised free shipping if more than $50.00 was spent. The prices were very cheap - I should have known it was too good to be true. I used my Credit Card to but the merchandise for $57. As soon as the transaction was approved, I was notified by my credit card company I made an "international transaction." I called them and disputed the transaction; I was given a temporary credit. The merchant listed on the transaction is Vikrasseth Limited. No phone number was given from the merchant for me to contact - only an email address: [email protected]. Along with my mistake for doing this I also blame Meta for not validating the merchants who pay them to advertise on Facebook.

The Facebook ad/page and website look very professional. They promote that it is a Canadian Company with the products being made in Canada. I ordered a silicon meal set and pacifier for my new grandbaby. I ordered on Oct 15th - payment was taken right away with a receipt saying that it would be shipped within 72 hours. I received my statement yesterday for a rarely used credit card in my name. There was an unauthorized charge by "Apple.com/us Cupertino CA" on the card in the amount of $1,164.94" No one used the card and the card was locked in locked drawer at home. I immediately called the credit card company to report it. They cancelled the card at our request and are conducting a fraud investigation. We did a thorough check of all of our accounts and our Apple.com account. We do not have a record of a purchase in that amount (nor any other Apple.com charges to that card) and no one in our household has access to or used that particular card. When I spoke to the credit card representative, there was no other identifying information on the charge (phone number, website, store location, etc). It was just a charge with line mentioned before.

I bought a sweatshirt 39.98 and a jumpsuit 34.99 and 2 necklaces I would just keep. The photos of the clothing for sale are very professional and beautiful. I did not receive my order and when I contacted the company, they provided me with a USPS tracking number. The USPS tracking number comes up as a fake account and number and that I should contact the shipper. I did that, several times, and they keep telling me I have to contact the shipper. Business charges over 4 times the government site to file corporate paperwork
The scammer sent a letter to my place of business asking for $115 to file an annual report to the state of Colorado. There is no phone number and at first glance it makes it seem like you have to send them money to keep your business registered with the state. The state website is only a $25 dollar fee vs $115.

I submitted a manuscript to Outpost19 over two years ago and paid a $25 "reading" fee upfront. I still have not heard back, so clearly the organization has no intention of responding. Good afternoon, I recently was a victim of a scam involving a fictitious job offer by impersonating a recruiting agent from STmicroelectronics Corporation which involved a deposit of a check as well as wiring funds. First critical point would be that I received this job offer to work remotely as I have a full-time job already in order to be able to put money aside for my 1-year-old son’s college fund. With that being said, I did not have a need nor did I ever actively seek employment for over 7 years. Recently when applying for employment for my second job, I’ve had numerous job offers and unfortunately this job offer turned out to be a well done scam to the unprepared eye. After I deposited my so-called equipment and compensation for the week check and wired the money, I received an invoice with a higher dollar amount for the equipment. when I inquired in regard to the invoice, the response is what confirmed this job was a scam and unfortunately that was after the check was deposited in the funds were wired. Within 20 minutes of the deposit and the wiring of the funds, I was able to contact my bank speak with an agent, freeze my account, and bring attention to the two fraudulent transactions that were made unintentionally on my behalf. My account was frozen and they opened a new account, and they wanted to transfer funds out of my account into the new account in which I denied. I am grateful that I denied it because I would rather those funds stay in the compromised account until the conclusion of the investigation or some sort of resolution is made. Being that the check was $3,700 and the amount that was wired was $3,500 there was a $200 increment difference that I did not want to follow me to my new account while this account is being investigated. With my money tied up in the frozen account and my identity compromised, I felt very uncomfortable and start seeking alternative routes in regard to my predicament. That’s when I found and called immediately the department of investigations for the state of Colorado and spoke with Deena who did a wonderful job of explaining what happened, what I should do, as well as equipping me with numerous different resources with you being one of them. She also instructed me to follow up with my bank in regards to my phone call to them on the 30th of June to stop the deposit of the check as well as reverse or recall the wiring of the funds. Upon following up with my bank, Citibank, I was outsourced and dealt with very unprofessionally which made me feel very uncomfortable. I believe everything was outsourced as It was the 4th of July weekend and after the 4th of July weekend I followed up with the bank just to find out the funds were wired without an investigation set forth as requested. I immediately made sure that this wire transaction is under investigation and confirmed it with a incident number to refer back to this time. Today I reached out again and was able to speak with an agent that was helpful and looked into the situation. Since Citibank does not have any local branches in my state, I need to deposit all my checks through the mobile app and this representative told me although I froze my account and brought attention to the fraudulent check as well as the wired funds, since the check was deposited through the mobile app they are not able to stop the check because the mobile app verifies certain information and you cannot manually reverse it once it's verified. Therefore, the check was processed the whole time while they knew it was fraudulent and there was nothing they could do about it (apparently), yet there was no investigation put forth on the wired funds as I requested. He did confirm that our conversation was notated and that I did request that the check have a stop payment placed on it and the funds that were wired to be recalled. Therefore I’m sure you are able to see why I am so anxious in this area of uncertainty depending on my bank to protect me and my funds, yet I have had to reach out multiple times just to find out things were not done correctly and when our conversation ended on the 30th of June and they were unable to put a stop to the payment of the check nobody ever reached out to update me on my predicament. If it were not for me following up so many times, this investigation would have never started and my account would have looked highly suspicious due to their negligence. This is what is causing me to reach out to as many points of contact in regards to this matter to protect myself as possible. Once again please do not hesitate to give me a call or send me an email should you have any questions, concerns, and/or suggestions. My name is Charlie and I work for AZ Roofing Works. I have to vet all inquiries for estimates and inspections as we do not like to trespass on private property. I was recently contacted by a person on 6/8/2023 through the BBB.org website claiming to be Michael Wilfred. He claimed to be the homeowner of a property and was asking that we give him an estimate for a full roof replacement. I have checked with the listing agent on this property to be sure that this person doesn't have anything to do with it and he does not. This person contacted us a second time on 6/28/2023 through the BBB.org website. These types of scams are common and use the same technique. They are out of town, can not speak on the phone due to hearing impairment or because they are in the hospital, they say they are the owners but the property is still on the market and they are not the homeowner. They ask some very specific questions, "Are you the owner of the business and do you accept direct deposit or check?" and " I want my roof replaced with 30 years of charcoal black architectural shingles." sometimes the roof in question doesn't have shingles at all but the still ask for 30 year charcoal black architectural shingles. They were able to get an image of her passport and also her address, name and SSN via filling out a W4. She called her bank about the check deposit and her bank verified that the check fraudulent and was a washed check from another company. She immediately stopped the process and is currently remediating the identity theft.

I used Paypal to pay for the items in the cart, and received an invoice from Paypal saying 'You paid to Gretchen Mckinzie $51.75'. I then waited 2 weeks and did not receive my items. I tried contacting the seller via their 'Contact Us' page, but the page would not file my information and instead just kept spinning. I noticed they did not have a phone number listed on their webpage, nor did they have any email address. I also did not receive any confirmation of my order via email, nor any tracking information. I then noticed on their website, under their 'Privacy Policy' page it mentioned an email address: 'All [email protected] Web servers and database servers are housed and maintained in secure locations'. When I searched for that email '[email protected]' online I saw that other people have been scammed from that same email. However, I did not see 'Collection Kitchens' as a valid company on the Better Business bureau website, and therefore could not lodge a complaint about them on the BBB, which is why I'm reporting this here. Fortunately, PayPal refunded the $51 immediately upon me reporting this purchase as never being delivered, which I greatly appreciated. I hope this will help others from dealing with the same issue that I did with Collectionkitchens.com.

I just sent another request for status on shipping and received a notification that the domain did not exist so the email could not be sent. Of course, there is no phone number, (which should have been my first clue). to make any additional enquiries.

After the test run I would get paid $20 per package through a PayPal account I would need to open. I did a search for TSA PreCheck to register for the government program. The Google search resolved to a site that is branded Apply Travel Programs with the government's TSA PreCheck trademarked language on the site's pages. I clicked on the Apply Today for TSA PreCheck. This led me to a application page. I filled out the required fields on the application. It does have an acknowledgement section on the Application page that the program charges $149.95 for the application process and, in addition, the TSA will charge $85 for a new application. At no point, is there any mention that this service is provided for FREE by the US government yet they use verbiage that is trademarked by the government for the TSA PreCheck program. As such, I thought this was an official entity that the US government has approved to facilitate applying to the TSA PreCheck program.

I purchased a style of holiday coffee mugs that are very popular right now. It was the Pinkmas gingerbread house and gingerbread man mug set. It appears this scammer is watching Instagram and Pinterest types of social media closely. On the legitimate seller sites, the sellers are buying these items from Home Goods, TJMAXX, etc., then they massively jack up the prices. Like, $14.99 mugs are being sold for $99+. But these sellers ARE running absolutely verifiable and legitimate sites. The scammer website I had purchased from was like a mimic of these legitimate sites. The scammer drew me in by selling the exact same mugs, but for a markup of only $35. They are luring customers in by offering much more reasonable, and lower, markup prices on high demand merchandise that is currently trending. These items are also very likely to sell out quickly. Therefore, this makes customers even more likely to jump on these lower markups quickly. I had suspected this might be too good to be true, and when the mail date was posted it had confirmed it was fake. It lingered in "LAX Customs" too long. Plus, the United States Postal Service doesn't deliver on Christmas, I know this because of my former job that involved company mail. The agent said this was not normal, and arranged "a gift". But no refunds were issued, my refund request emails received no response, and the XYZ domain was completely useless. I requested a refund twice, and they only provided the same standard copy and paste response. Not sure about the legitimacy of the XYZ domain either. ???

I first saw an ad from Nnesi online clothing company on Facebook. On 12/31/22, I ordered and paid for 3 shirts, estimated delivery time was 10-15 business days. On 1/21/23 I wrote to [email protected] informing them that I never received my order and that the USPS tracking number still said “label created, not yet in system”. I did not get a reply from them. My order finally arrived on 1/23/23. I had purchased 3 shirts, 2 were okay in quality, 1 was poor in quality and not as pictured. The one long sleeve white shirt for $39.99 (on sale for $36) was made of a thin material, that allowed my undergarments to show through, the neckline was too low, and the buttons on the sleeves were totally not as pictured. The buttons were an orange-brownish color and made of cheap plastic material. In the advertisement the buttons appear to be silver/neutral dark gray in color. I wrote to service @ nnesi.com with my concerns about the quality of the shirt and asked for a refund. They said they would only refund me $8 and that I could keep the shirt, which I won’t ever wear! I believe this is unfair and misleading advertising. I wrote a 3 star review on this shirt listing the above quality problems, and I wrote a 5 star review on one of the other shirts. Nnesi’s site says that customer reviews are reviewed before they post them. Not surprisingly, they posted my 5 star review within hours, and they never posted my 3 star review (which I submitted 1/25/23). So Nnesi is dishonest and is only posting very favorable reviews (only 6 favorable reviews of the poor quality shirt) and NOT posting honest, 3 star reviews. They also give the impression that they are a USA manufactured and operated company, based in South Carolina, but the shirts were made in China and the customer service email replies are written in poor grammar. So, in summary, Nnesi 1. Delayed delivery -took 16 business days vs advertised 10-15 days 2. Poor quality shirt, and not as pictured. I paid $36 and was only refunded $8 (and told to keep the poor quality shirt that I will donate to Goodwill) 3. They only post favorable reviews. They never posted my honest 3 star (which was generous) review. I am taking the time to file this report in hopes of sparing other customers the same loss and disappointment. The information he asked for to confirm my position was: Do you have an existing savings/checking account where you will deposit your check? If Yes What's the name of the Bank: Reconfirm your present local address for mail delivery, Full Name (To be written on the check), and Address, What is your Mobile # that receives text msg?, Do you know to initiate a mobile deposit? Current Occupation, Do you have a printer?. After answering the questions, I began realizing how fishy this entire exchange was and looked up the business to find nothing that matched the description he named. Immediately after, I blocked the contact and forwarded the email to anti-phishing organizations. January 17 at 6:21 am, I received an email that I sent $2,800 to laneris (LANERIS NYENTY). I reported to ****** **** to block my card and account by phone call. And later when the bank opened, I visited the bank to change my security code and answers. The person who stole my money changed my banking app password and set his/her phone for 2nd verification so it was hard to gain access to my bank account. Even though I didn’t have any money in my chequing account, the bank teller said that someone borrowed (cash advance?) from my credit card and sent it to my checking account to transfer it to her/his account. The teller worried that they have all my personal information, including my SIN number. My credit card will be replaced and once the bank finishes investigating this issue, I will cancel the bank account which was used for the crime. (The bank teller advised me this way). The way this happened was I received a text message (January 16) from the same number my school uses to send me notifications such as tutoring appointments. This message said that I had a tax refund from Service Canada and asked where I would like it deposited. I chose my bank account and logged in. The thief did the rest.

Abe books offered out-of-print books from a vendor who claimed to have a copy in stock. Pricing was set relevant to the difficulty and out-of-=print status of this book. But instead of shipping the book or anything related to the item ordered, an irrelevant ex-library DVD was shipped. On contacting vendor no replacement was shipped, refund was not made and vendor insists we ship at our expense the incorrectly sent item back (more good money after bad). The mistake is wrong item (DVD, not book) on a completely different topic (no overlap on author, title, subject). On an egregious vendor mistake - it should be made right. My wife was scammed by Abe Books who seem to be frequently getting such bad reviews.

We were interested so I PM her asking if she had any left and what the re-homing fee was. I rcd a response: I’m just requesting $400 for the puppy and when are you willing to get it ? Male or female? I asked for more details about one of the puppies and asked for her to send a picture of the pup if she could. She sent the pic (finding out later that this pic is all over the internet along with the 2 posted on the FB page). I asked if we could send a deposit to hold him and we would come to the town that she lives in next weekend to complete the "re-homing fee". Response was: I’ll be needing a phone number, address and puppy name for the paper work. Once you make the deposit I will reserve that for you and mark as sold. Asked for Zelle info and rcd response of: Can you do cash app ? Don’t know what’s wrong with my Zelle just rolling. Asked for the Cash app and rcd response of: $pamstanley1946 (Cousin supposedly). We sent the $200 (stupidly) to the Cash app. Then rcd: Let me know once is sent so that I can reserve that for you and mark as sold. Sent a Screen shot to them and the trans was showing pending that the person needed to accept the payment. Then rcd: I will let you know once am done with the paperwork. Their response was: Yeah that’s what I mean i won’t give the puppy without the paperwork. That's when I was really concerned that it was a scam so I started investigating. Looking thru the posts on her account (after the scam started and figured out it was a scam) back in September she posted to not accept a new friend request from her that it was not her. One of the responses was that they had reported the request to FB. I have reported to FB as well about the scam. Then I google searched the images that are on the FB post as well as the individual one sent to me by PM and it was all over the internet. Husband is reporting to his bank and to Zelle. I have not blocked the person as of yet on FB to see if I receive any further contact from them. I am attaching one of the photos from the FB post.

I contacted https://familycavaliers.wixsite.com/home in search of a King Charles Cavalier puppy. This website is offering registered dogs for sale at a reduced cost compared to "market value" in the nearby state. "Edward Steven" responded to my inquiry with the email address provided. He stated they were a family with dogs and did not want to sell for profit. He informed me they can deliver the dog for an additional fee and pick up on Sunday only. Once a puppy was selected, I offered to pay a down payment. He sent me bank name, acct number and routing info for their bank. "Edward" stated he is located in Conway County, Arkansas however all of the bank information goes to a bank located in New York, NY. As sending money to someone whom I have never met for a dog in Arkansas to a bank in New York, was concerning, I requested a photo ID and/or the AKC ID and/or breeder ID information. Subsequently, "Edward" turned the deal down and stated he would not provide any of this information as I was untrusting of him. At best, there are too many red flags for this website to continue to operate as they are attempting to scam people out of deposits on reduced cost Cavalier puppies and never actually provide any ID or proof legitimacy.

I was taken to a cheap looking website with just a few items for sale. This should have been a sign. I then proceeded to order the bracelet and since I was shipping it out directly to my son. I made a second order to purchase a sentimental ring between Mother and Daughter shipped to me. Within 30 minutes of my purchase several friends on Facebook inform me that my account has been hacked and someone with my name and profile picture is reaching out to them via Facebook Messenger to ask them for money for some grant. Luckily most people on FaceBook are aware of this scam when someone is hacked and they reported this person along with me. I should note that I used PayPal to purchase the products, which is linked to my bank account. I trusted PayPal. Not anymore! The very next morning I was concerned that I was scammed with that order since it was the only thing I did, click on the ad from the feed. I knew it was not a coincidence and it was that site that was a phishing scheme. So, I looked them up online, I found GloFlip is a scammer site. Then I looked at my bank account and saw multiple deductions from some unknown company all for varying amounts none of which matched the prices for the items I purchased, and in fact it was over the amount of the items I purchased. I then got a shipping email from a different company. I looked that up also a scam website. The emails contain links urging you to click on them, since they are phishing scams they will steal information from you by clicking on the links. So, I filed a dispute with PayPal unfortunately it's an automated dispute process and they closed it saying there is no fraud but there is. Money has been stolen from my account. So, I called my bank, and thank god they handling my fraud case. I cancelled my bank card. I removed all payment methods from PayPal. I changed all passwords. So, I have protected myself the best I can but I am furious that both Facebook and PayPal (owned by the same loser) are not doing a damn thing about it. I reported my account hack to facebook and the ad and they send you some automated response saying they reviewed things but that is it. Facebook and PayPal have ZERO customer service. Everything is automated. They don't care about your protection or your privacy. I am sure my bank will do the same investigation I did to find that this is a scam site and I will have my money refunded back to me. I will never click on another ad from Facebook again! This by the way is not the only scam company on facebook selling the same cheap jewelry. So, there is no way to stop these people. I just want people to be educated and know they must protect themselves. Do Not click on an ad directly from the FaceBook feed. Look at the website name from the ad and do some research on google first and go directly to the website.

Axon-robotics advertises on the web only. They are a company that manufactures parts for middle and high school robotics programs. They do not have a telephone or address listed on their website (should have raised some red flags for my son who ordered the parts). puppy scam
They advertise that they have mini and teacup maltese puppies for sale. But they do not, they give you this questionnaire that make them sound ligit. and they say they are getting the paperwork completed to get the puppy sent to you give you the price of the puppy which is suppose to include shipping if needed. They will only except payment thru zelle and once you pay for the puppy they tell you the shipper will contact you. After several hours the shipper who is foreign ( can barely understand) calls and ask you for $500 to ship saying that the puppy doesn't have the required papers to entry your state. I did not pay the shipper told him i would call him back after i spoke with the sellers. when i tried to call the shippers number back it is no longer valid. and the seller calls and says oh I didn't know that your state required something else can you just pay the $500 cause the puppy has no home. Once you say no and you want your money back the seller no longer responds to you.

IE a computer and software but the check never cleared, however my bank gave me a 200 credit until the whole amount cleared. The company representative was in constant contact with me and proceeded to demand that I send the 200 to him via an eBay gift card. They said they needed the 200 to purchase software for me to use to start working immediately. I was very suspicious and started to think it was a scam but I’ve been looking so hard trying to find a job. I’m barely surviving and needed this to be a legitimate job. My hopes were shattered when my girlfriend found info online stating that the job is fake but the company is real. So the scammers are piggybacking on the legitimate company. I’m so glad I didn’t give into their demands. But beware this scam is really ingenious I couldn’t believe how real it sounded and I really needed the money but nope it’s fake one hundred percent. The check they mailed me bounced.
