This lady by the name of Myriam Navarro has dress boutiques on the web. The one under Myriam Navarro took my money through Pay Pal. The other website is Hallam Highwater.com. When I used my card they tried to add my cc info to their Apple Pay. Bank of America flagged it as Fraud. I have filed complaints with Bank of America and Pay Pal. You also can't reach out to them via the emails they list for contact. I got her name and number and email on my Pay Pal invoice. Please help stop her from scamming innocent people

I did a Google search for a specific music book for a grandchild. After Amazons name came up, so did this bogus website. It catered to performing arts for children with music books, dance books, jewelry and books about art. They list their address as Wyoming, but no such address exist. I never received a confirmation email. Turns out the whole site is fraud. I do not wish anyone else to fall into this trap. It is a very well done website.

This company is advertising fine jewelry products made from solid 14 karat gold and natural diamonds. Their advertisements are appearing on Instagram and Facebook, and their website appears legitimate. They are advertising themselves as a new company holding an “Early Access Launch” sale with great prices on fine jewelry produced in NYC. However, the product received is clearly not solid gold; the earrings come stamped as “1/20 14k” which indicates gold-filled jewelry. No packing slip nor receipt is included in the shipment. The company’s Returns and Exchanges webpage contains no clear contact information, and when emailed at the address provided through their Shop storefront, the company is unresponsive. When they do communicate, they provide no return process information and vague, incoherent information. The product received is not what is being advertised and the company will refuse to start a returns process.

Mind you, i had just made a PayPal transactionso it caught my attention. I called the number back you and basically the automated person asked for the last 4 digits of my ssn. I hung up. I called PayPal and the CSA stated that the number is not one of theirs and not to give any information to them, which I had not. Very convincing since it was right after my PayPal transaction. I check my bank accounts daily and I will be notifying my bank as well. These scammers are good.

This company PayPal has several names that are listing on the advertisement once you purchase your item. I had purchased several items and so did my husband. We ordered an Automatic Folding and Unfolding 4-Wheel Drive Electric Scooter for 23.99 on November 23, 2020. I received a 2 toothbrushes on January 16, 2021. I contacted them and they filed a dispute. I haven't heard anything back. I do know that the advertisements on the Market Place on Facebook are not legit. They offer you a good deal at way low price but you don't get what you ordered. I also have not received other items and I have contacted the seller and still no response. I do know how to check and see if something is legit but I advise anyone who orders from PayPal to double check and be careful because they claim they have insurance but do not want to refund the whole amount. I offered to send the product back and they have yet to give me a correct address.

Purchased a small airbrush paint booth from this site. I did research on reviews and the viability of the website. Everything came back as a real website and my URL bar showed green. Thought I couldn't be scammed with all the "green lights" I researched. Ordered and got confirmation of shipment with no tracking info. After a week and nothing showing up I contacted the seller via e-mail and phone with no response from them. Looked for the website and all the reviews that I had seen previously and everything was gone! The website showed available or purchase. Eventually, a small envelope with kids puffy stickers showed up. I filed a claim against them through PP and was denied because an item was shipped and received here at my residence. NOT THE item I ordered but AN item. See Picture below. I've now been a victim of this scam that I've only heard about in the last few months happening to others. Be careful.

Wotoba and Annie Cloth and Noracora companies all seem to be the same- all the same products--"vintage chic" clothing and bags. They still have many, many advertisements online apparently through Google Ads. I saw the ads on the NYTimes online and so believed Wotoba was legit. There is no indication that they are not an American company. The products were promised within 10 days and I received an email to that effect. After a month I emailed to cancel and they replied it was not possible. Only one of the 4 products ordered ever arrived-- 6 weeks later---a supposed "fashion bag". That is advertised in their ads and website with a picture of a colorful woven wool bag for $35.. What arrived was a terrible polyester digitally printed item, very poorly sewn, nothing like the picture online. Charge to my Paypal account was from CHICVINTLHO 4029357733 HK. They also charged a second amount for $23.11 from *POIDEVINJUL 402-935-7733 CA without any explanation. If you google 'Wotoba" or any pf the other names, you'll see hundreds of complaints. Also if you Google the phone number you see hundreds of complaints about false charges to people's credit cards from that number. They look legit. They have been reported to Goole Ads by many and yet Google has done nothing to stop the ads.
