The scammer called a customer and told her that her Mutual of Omaha insurance policy has expired, and that she needed another policy. The scammer claimed to be from Select Quote. The consumer contacted Mutual of Omaha and verified that her policy was still active and up-to-date. The consumer called the scammer back at 844-978-1370. He answered the phone and she informed him that she was aware of his scheme and that she would be reporting him to the BBB.

I found an Air conditioner via google. The website was niskgers.com. i paid $52.39 for the A/C on July 25th and was emailed tracking information on July 28th LY3766*******. USPS status said delivered on Aug 11th but i never received my A/C. I just discovered today from the post office that the actual package was a tiny package which i did receive around that period. The tiny package contained 6 white face masks, even though i remembered looking at masks online i did not remember ordering any and i could not trace where they came from so i kept them with the original package. i just confirmed that the tracking number on the masks package match that which i received for the A/C. Also when i failed to receive any promised call back from the post office after visiting on August 13th and 18th, i contacted the company at https://www.niskger.com/index.php?route=information/contact and made them aware that i never received the A/C, they promised to resend. First they sent me a tracking # PT46574****** and a website https://www.emstrack.site/ which wouldn't open. When i complained about the website, the sent me another website https://www.emssupport.top/ which worked but only for tracking. The tracking updates appeared funny and when i tried other links on the website, nothing else worked
