This company is a Scam , order placed on Aug. 25, 2021, I found the price to be higher than expected, I also received two bottles of fat burner, which I never ordered. Contact the company to cancel the order immediately. After receiving the order confirmation, the customer service department refused to cancel the order. They offered me a 25% discount and I told her that all I wanted, was to cancel the order. Once again, I was told that I could not cancel the order. They told me that after receiving the items, I should return them on my own. You are supposed to receive an email regarding the cancelation. I realized that I couldn't make any arrangements, I was not going to get any arrangements. I immediately made a phone call to my bank, gave her all the details, as possible! it had only been 10 minutes since the order was confirmed. My bank made the call to the Company again informing me that they would supposedly send me an email with instructions on how to return the product to get my money back. I already received the product this Saturday August 28, 2021. The next Monday August 30 pay the postages return the product PO Box 15911 Tampa, FL. 33684. But the instructions to return the product was ; Please also be advised that you will no be issued a full refund if the returned product is opened or if we receive your return more than 30 days after issuing the RMA number; only one of these conditions need to exist. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please keep in mind all returns are subject to $10 restocking fee per bottles.RMA#5341311243478283 #5341281243476090.The Company was charge $199 + $60= Total $259 / September 26, 2021 I receiving my refund $149 + $40. This is a Scam they took $70 . How many more people are they scamming, if they are robbed for each person they cheat. Besides This product is fake it in not the product of Dr. Juan Rivera . Someone has to stop this kind of cheating. This type of deception, what is happening where are our honesty and integrity of a society of values .
