Debt Collections
Peron on the phone made me believe a creditor was taking legal action against me. If i did not pay some of the amount now that i will also be charged with attorney fees. I did not believe the debt was mine because i watch my credit closely. They had all my information, current residence and previous residence. They had my full social security number along with other information. Debt was from 2016. And is not on my credit. I spoke with several people so it is not one person. After the transaction took place i looked up the company and they had been around for 5 years. I then called my bank to stop the second payment and replace my debit card. I do not have any emails for them. But do have the docusign information that they sent me. It is third party though
