Our store manager received a call from someone claiming they are with the BBB stating that our employees are not taking the necessary meal breaks and that we are in violation of state law. They stated they will also be monitoring the timesheets and will be forced to file suet against the business if we fail to to abide by standards. I called the number back to clarify know the BBB would not make such calls. Caller stated her name was Alicia an employee of the BBB.
