I thought I was signing a contract with a Debt Resolution Company. The contract was payments through automatic withdrawal of 435.99 for 36 months. This process went fine for 17 months. In February LPG took 2 payments instead of just one. After several days FINALLY reached LPG to resolve issue. It was not resolved. In March again another additional unauthorized payment was taken. I tried to contact LPG again through phone, email and fax. Now, All means to contact them including on Social Media were disconnected. I had to Stop all payments to LPG and I'm filing a police report for Identity Theft. I don't want this to happen to anyone else and I want Daniel S. March the Managing person and LPG to be caught and prosecuted.

Credit Repair/Debt Relief
Scammer said to be debt company and could help me eliminate my debt with creditors by them using unlawful verbiage when accounts were set up and could settle on less amount owed or perhaps accounts written off and it not effect my credit. Was told if I was served with summons, they would go to court on my behalf which I have been served 3 summons since February, 2023. LPG told me they would handle everything legally for me and I wouldn't have to do anything other than send in documents to them. They put me on a 3 year program for $908 per month and told me after 3 years my credit would be excellent and my debt would be 0. Scammer drafted more from bank account than agreed draft dates.

Debt consolidation
Payments were made bi weekly in amounts of $209. I was being contacted by them early on, then tried to return a missed call, haven't heard from them since. I kept trying to get in contact with them, all message boxes are full or the phone hangs up immediately. Canceled my accounts, received a " sorry to see you go " email. Still can't get through to get a refund.
