Get Dandy supposedly helps in disputing Google Reviews but since the last 6 months, they have not done anything for us despite telling us when we signed up that a typical cycle takes 90 days. After two 90 day cycles, there was no progress and they took credit for 3-4 google reviews we got removed by directly disputing to Google. When our direct disputes to Google were faster then their AI system we knew it was a scam. When we disputed their actions they said they would follow up on some of the claims and never did. They were only interested in holding us to the contract and collecting money without any doing any real work. The system doesnt work across the board and despite knowing that they advertise for all business categories including Healthcare which my business is in. Total scammers. I blocked the ACH because they were happy to keep collecting money and didnt even respond to any issues I had despite saying they would follow up. Then they forged an echeck in my name and withdrew the money from my account.

I missed the initial call and a voicemail was left for me. She left a call back name and number of Elena Collins at 949-535-2696. When I called her back, I reached what sounded like a "foreign" call center. I asked for the name given & was given to a lady who represented herself at first as being from the National Hardware Show in Las Vegas and was calling to confirm that we were still attending. She asked questions about number attending and said that they were trying to make sure we had rooms allotted for our company. It never got to the point of asking for financial information, but I know it was going there. I told her I would just have to call her back. The National Hardware Show website now shows an alert that these scam calls has begun.
