McKinsey and Company Impostor - Employment Scam
(FIRST THE PHONE NUMBER ENTERED IN THE BOX "PHONE NUMBER THEY USED" IS NOT RIGHT) but it made me add a number before being able to proceed, they did not share a phone number with me. He said his name was fred Harrison hr department for McKinsey and company asked me a few simple questions and then asked me to send my id and bank info for direct deposit so I send the PDF he replys no pdf we need the login info to the account to register and verify the account I sent the image of my license but that is all

I received a text from “Daniel Robert” claiming to be a hiring recruiter for Progressive Property Group and wanting to set up an interview. There were things off about the message, so I did some research and found that there were no jobs posted for the company on and major job site (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.) and their company website has a warning that they are not currently hiring and if you’ve been contacted by someone claiming to be hiring for them, it’s a scam.
