MLO shoe company is falsely advertising a product they never actually had. I've been emailing them for 2 months since they do not have an actual phone number and they have given me the run around as to where the product is. They have not been able to produce a tracking number, a date of shipping or even the shipping courier and flat out said they will not process a refund although it's been over 90 days. The date of purchase was 12/9/2022. I was told after 90 days they can declare it lost and process a refund, but now I've been informed per company policy they cannot issue a refund now, but no actual reason why since they cannot tell me where the items are. I have pages of emails if it will be helpful, but they need to be stopped. Please help.
