My father has a company that offers electrical services and he got a call from this individual that said he was a contractor. He went on saying his business info and that the contractor wanted my fathers services to do an industrial job. My father went to 3 stores and did all that he was asked to do and when job was finished contractor refuses to pay him.

Phony government grant
I was told that there was a government grant for older, retired or handicapped. Also for business. I applied and was told that I was awarded the grant money for &45,000 but I had to pay $3,000 for taxes. I did buy gift cards, as requested. I took pictures and sent them via messenger. I ended up paying another $1,000 for $50,000 grant. The delivery man was stopped by IRS and I had to pay $5,000. The shipping used was Globalexpress. I did not pay $5,000 I lost $4,000 The entire process was through Facebook messenger. The stole my friends messenger person so I believed the grant was real.
