I had this company out to repair my fridge. Each time they come out they have a different excuse as to why it isn't working. It has been over a month and they have replace 3 parts in my fridge that i have paid for and the fridge still isn't working. This company should not be in business, they are rude, they do not call you back, and replaced 3 parts that i did not need. This is fraud. They need to be reported so they do not keep doing this!

On June 6, 2023 at approximately 7:30am, this writer contacted the company to schedule a same day appointment to look at and repair an appliance. They quoted $80 just to have someone walk in the front door and that there is no cancellation on same day appointments and stated someone will be there between 1100am-2:00pm. Shortly after our conversation I received a phone call which required my immediate attention and required me to be away from my house for the day. I reviewed their own cancellation policy on their website which states I am allowed me to cancel same day appointments as long as I cancel 3 hours prior to scheduled appointment. At 7:55am I cancelled my appointment following their own cancellation policy. They contacted me immediately and told me I had to pay a cancellation fee of $90.40. I read them their own Cancellation Policy over the phone which they replied "We don't care. We don't follow that policy. If you don't pay, we will send it to collections" Didn't want it to go to collections so I paid. There are so many complaints on the BBB about this company and how they scam customers out of money. I am appalled they are still in business
