Claimed a civil suit was being filed over a debt
He called stating there was a joint civil suit being filed and that it would be filed at 3 PM. First he told me that I couldn’t do anything about this acct because it was a joint civil suit and they can’t pull just one person from the suit. Then proceeded to ask me to write a settlement statement for a debt and then all court proceedings will be halted.

I contated the website and I got an email saying the poppy was available, and Set up some payments through zelle and then they call me the next day saying that My pet didnt have pet insurance and i had to pay more than I already did.
