Compact Haven Homes Mobile Home and Advance Fee Phishing Scam
This "company" with the contact name "Andrew" pretends to be a legitimate mobile home lot, which it is not. If you look up the address of the "lot", you will find a run-down mobile home park, When we asked "Andrew" who to make the check payable to, because we were ready to move forward and look at it, possibly buy. When I called him to find out the exact address explaining the address on the website shows a trailer park and not a business lot, he began to stammer trying to explain they "aren't an actual business yet, but hope to be in a few months." Of course the more questions we asked, the more we knew what was up. He advised it would be best to give him a cashier's check made payable directly to his individual name of which we asked for. He said he would send us the actual legal name and true address location of the mobile home we looked at online, By this time, he knows we are on to him so of course he never sent any information. Beware, they are in it for the "down-payment" of the homes they supposedly sell and will "gladly deliver the unit at your convenience." So they want the $3K "downpayment" and another $3,650 to "deliver,"

Facebook Scam
I bought a parrot. Seller hired a courrier for delivery. Immediately the courrier wanted me to pay for pet insurance which was refundable. Next was a heated cage, then vaccine certificate, then a few to process my refund of those services which were supposed to be refunded in cash upon delivery. Bird was never delivered and refund never made.

concert tickets
Javarreon Goodine is impersonating the facebook account of Ramona R. Lott Fortenberry claiming to be selling Morgan Wallen Concert tickets for a show tonight, June 3rd in Raleigh, NC. 2 tickets were bought for $125 each for a total of $250 sent via Zelle to [email protected]. Javarreon is the name associated with that Zelle account. Upon further questioning, the individual stated that Javarreon was their cousin and kept saying to put "Ramona Lott Fortenberry Morgan Wallen Concert Tickets" in the comments. Zelle payment was made from ********************* to [email protected] for $250 and confirmation was sent to "Ramona Fortenberry" on FB messenger. Upon requesting for tickets to be transferred via Ticketmaster to ********************, individual requested phone number to receive ticket update and notifications which ************ was given. Individual stated upon ticket transfer they kept receiving 404 error messages and requests for identity verification via Facebook. Individual stated that they needed my facebook login to confirm identity for ticket transfer and repeatedly asked for login as they stated "It’s because they are on your name so if need to verify it so you don’t have difficulties at the venue." After attempting to call individual, it went straight to voice mail and they claimed they were in the hospital and too sick to speak but could message very quickly back and forth. "Send the Facebook login and stay online on Facebook to accept it immediately the captcha is done and it’s fully verified that your not a robot then you can change your login if you want." After asking for their Ticketmaster login, to complete ticket transfer the individual stated, "Hoops I can’t do that because that’s the only account I and my family use for purchasing concert tickets." After sending facebook login and not approving facebook login authentication, individual stop responding to text messages and facebook messenger though was still active on facebook and would read the messages without responding.

Fake Check/Money Order
A woman claiming to be Sarah james is targeting wedding vendors photographers, venues, djs, caterers ect. Claiming she wants their service. Says her boss is sending the check. The check received was for more than agreed amount she claims her boss made a mistake and thought you and another vendor were the same company. She then asks you to send back the money so they can pay the other vendors. The check is a fake Do NOT deposit it!

Service Measure
I received a LinkedIn request from someone my husband knew. I accepted and she recommended a Secret Shopper job. I applied, received congratulations and a FedEx package with a cashiers check. Little did they know my background in an AML Dept. at a bank. Fraudulent cashiers check was sent to the bank on the cashiers check. Find these people and put them in jail!!
