I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION THAT I SIGNED UP FOR IN THE PAST WITH THESE PEOPLE. IT WAS A FREE TRIAL THAT I SIGNED UP FOR THAT I NEVER USED AND THEY KEEP TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT PERIODICALLY. I WANT IT STOPPED IMMEDIATELY AND TO BE REIMBURSED PLEASE. I WORK TOO HARD FOR MY MONEY JUST TO GET SCAMMED. PLEASE HELP ME AND THANK YOU. BTW, I LOOKED ONLINE AND THEY ARE FRAUD I CAN'T CONTACT OR SPEAK WITH ANYONE!!

Subscription charge scam
I was checking my bank account and noticed a unfamiliar charge for $19.95. When I called this company they said they would cancel my subscription so my card would not be charged again. They refused to refund the money they already stole from me. I explained that I never signed up for their product/program. They couldn't tell me where the original purchase came from. Only that it was a trial and should have been cancelled prior to the 60day trial ending. I didn't sign up for ANY trials at ANY time in the six months or so. I can't believe that these companies can rob people like this!! It can't be legal.

Government Agency Imposter
The site appears to be a legitimate government site; however, it is a scam. It appears to be an application for an EIN number (tax identification for businesses), but it not. It requests all of your business's information and personal information (including SSN). It then charges you for the service (getting an EIN number), but you do not get an EIN number. The charge is just under $300.00.

Tech Support Scam
My husband was working on computer when it locked and a loud beeping started. The screen was flashing with notice that computer had been attacked by a virus and Microsoft should be contacted at once. A phone number was supplied. After calling number, he was supposedly transferred to pctech247 who said they would remote in to resolve issue. I don’t know details for sure, but he apparently agreed to a 2 year service contract for $599.98. They were very smooth and professional, My husband provided credit card info. They also attempted to obtain is email password. He didn’t comply, After the call ended he began doubting the validity. After an internet search we determined that this most likely was a scam. He immediately contacted the credit card company. They said they had dealt with other customers with the same issue, It was too late for them to freeze the account as charge was already made. He closed the account and is awaiting a new card. We immediately unplugged computer. Also tried to contact pctech247 but call wouldn’t go through. We did manage to contact through an email they sent. The called to days later. We requested a refund indicating we didn’t believe they were a legitimate business. We are now awaiting a call from their billing department.

Debt Collections
I enrolled in what I thought was a subscription for searching ancestry records. I have been getting a monthly charge of $9.99 on my credit card since the month October of 2016. I have been unable to contact this vendor to stop this payment. I call their phone number 888-896-4442 and all I get is a recording asking me for the last four digits of my credit card and the zip code for my card, they come back each time telling me that they cannot find my account.
