Phishing
A number called and left a message on my phone and my daughter in laws for for me using my nick name, not my legal name. Said I needed to call this number to take action before legal action is brought up against me. When I called they wanted my birthdate, which I did not give them. They said the company was ADS or ADF Advance Deferred something. Said I needed to sign some document or something. Wouldn’t give me any information.

This company poses as a crypto mining company selling crypto mining products. When you put in your credit card , it automatically rejects it. It asks for another card to be entered because the previous card was denied. The next day my credit card was charged $0.12 twice for different things. Thankfully the credit card company contacted us and told us they were fishing for charges and have seen this before.

I was hired by this company to ship package for this company. I was told by phone and sent email stating job descriptions and pay of $3158 as a fix pay rate. After shipping packages for this company for the month. On the 24th of May I was to be payed $3158 by direct deposit and was never payed. Since the 24th of May, I've called and email this company but hasnt been able to get through. The phone just rings and email go unnoticed. Debt Collections
Called me this morning around 10:30. Claimed to be IRS and that we had committed Fraud on our Taxes for several years and the sheriff was coming to arrest me in 2 hours! I called them back and they hung up on me twice. My wife called the number and they hung up on her when she told them we knew they were scamming and we were reporting them!
