Mc Caffe wire SCAM. First know that I take full responsibility for this issue. Why does no bank or FBI will ever investigate claim if you have not had a financial loss? To many to investigate. I am senior citizen and the scammer was so desperate they gave me their personal information to CHASE BANK in HONG KONG. The day they wanted me to wire funds B of A wire service was down. B of A caught the fraud and acted on freezing my accounts. Chase Bank was not interested in a claim at all. I have scammers personal name, bank account number and account number. I WANT TO TAKE DOWN THIS SCAM RING. I filed the police report filed with IC3.gov. The Internet states that the likelihood of scammer rings being investigated is about ZERO. I looking for legitimate ideas how to pursue this personally when agencies are useless and AI phone assist sends you into useless gerbil wheel loops.

Palmer lending
Scammer sent me an email offering a 5,000 loan . It was going to be deposited into my account it the investors wanted 3 month’s payment upfront because my credit was bad. So I sent $700 (I’m so embarrassed). Then a couple days later they told me the investors wanted another 3 months so I sent it. After a few days they told me they changed their minds but they would refund my money. It’s been a month and no money. The phone rings but I get a message that I have the wrong number.

Palmer Lending Group
Was searching and applied for a personal loan through one of the (match you with lenders) sites, not sure which, but was contacted by Megan Hart with Palmer Lending on Monday the 21st. I didn't return her call right away, so she sent an email stating that I was approved for a personal loan of $5000. To please return her call, I did so the following day 3/22. She informed me that due to my credit situation the lender required me to have a co-signer with a Credit Score of 700 or better, Income of at least $20k, Paystubs, a ton of info to secure the loan, or with a collateral payment totaling $574.98, Which is 3 monthly installment payments of $191.66. Per the phone conversation. Most anyone would agree to that 2nd option due to only having to provide payment and an ID. I agreed to the term of the loan at 15% interest and 30 months /2.5 years. (EXACT Amount/Scam Reported in Jan.) She said she would email me the loan agreement within 30 minutes. Which she did, after thinking about the conversation, I was never asked for any personal info, they had not checked my credit. I looked at the contract/loan agreement, there was a different number than I had, Number:1-888-556-7587, when called states its Bedford Lenders. After more investigation, I looked up the document # at the bottom of the loan documents and they were taken directly from www.scribd.com doc #PROD 00838 FORM-D89-1. The address used is an office building, but there isn't a Suite # on the address with the loan docs, or website. Searching the Businesses in the Building, there isn't a Palmer Lending Group. Look more into their website, it has no reviews, recently created this month, March 2023, after stating they have been in business since 1990. Which brings me to the About me section, it was copied directly from United Banks Website and Fb page. Additional email is [email protected], again looking at the information on the website as well as the loan docs, name used were Victor Brennan, Megan Hart, Kyle Borden, and Lauren Campbell, ALL which when googled are actors/actresses of some sort. Megan was the only person I spoke with and was American. When she answered one of the times I returned her call, she hesitated and almost said a different name. I informed her that I was in fact positive it was a scam and mentioned some of my findings and she said, "she wasn't sure that it had to do with my loan or their company", Told her I would not be going forward with the loan or sending any money!

I responded to an email advertisement for hemp products that claimed I could try the products for $12. I later received two charges on my account for $99 and $95, but couldn’t figure out where the charges had come from because the name on my bank statement was completely different than the product name. Luckily, I had saved an email confirmation that the company had sent me and eventually was able to find their website. The company makes it difficult to find them by having 3 different names for their website, billing identity, and company. When I called to discuss the charges, I was told that the “trial” I purchased was just to try the products out for the cost of shipping and if I did not return the products within 14 days, I would be charged full price and automatically subscribed to a monthly subscription. I told the customer service rep that there was nothing on their website that stated this and he just repeatedly tried to offer me a reduced price for the subscription. I told him I wanted to return the unopened product since it was only 1 day past the 14 day “trial” and that I did not want the subscription. He refused to accept my cancellation, only continuing to offer a better discount each time until I gave up and hung up. I then decided to read the ingredients in my products and found that there was not even any hemp in them.
