There was an ad I kept seeing on Facebook -- https://www.facebook.com/Godideal_VIP-104318231708852 and the product (a bra) seemed like something I was looking for. I am often skeptical about Facebook ads but I did click on this one to see the website. I did do a little research online about the company and looking for the same product on other sites (like Amazon). I also tried without success to find the address from which orders would be shipped. So, I took a chance. The original order was made on June 12, 2021. I received an email on June 28 that the order had been shipped. The tracking information provided did not give me much detail about the shipping origin. On July 8, I received an email apologizing for the delay in shipment. I did receive the product on July 11, 2021. However, I found the product to not fit, no support and "cheaply" made. I asked to return the product for a refund. The product cost me $29.99 (plus $4.99 shipping costs). They offered to refund me $15 and keep the bra to give to friends or family. I asked for an address to return the bra and get a full refund. They sent me an address in China with the note that I would have to pay the shipping and "As soon as we receive your items unused and in good condition, we will deal with your full refund." Note: the return address on the package the bra came in was in Carson, CA. It also had a USPS tracking code which I went online to locate the tracking history. The farthest it traveled with USPS was Ontario, Canada. I also checked the shipping rates for a package of this size and weight to China which is more than twice the purchase price of the item. I am requesting the $15 refund instead of returning to China. I am reporting this now without knowing if I will receive the refund because I am now of the opinion that the company engages in fraudulent business practices.
