Credit Card Interest Rate
Called with an automated recording stating they had made numerous attempts to reach me and that the call was my final notice before my credit card interest rate would be increased. I followed the prompt to "speak to representative," and an individual answered the phone stating "customer service," in a very unprofessional tone. When I told him I believed I had received the call by mistake, he hung up immediately. I called back, and the phone number went to a voicemail for "Justin Dalton."
