My husband and I were newly engaged and just bought a house. We planned to remodel our kitchen. We purchased brand new appliances from this company and prepaid them for appliance in two separate bulk orders. We never received our refrigerator or our double wall oven. It has been over 13 months since I originally paid them in the first bulk payment. In October, I requested a full refund for the second time in writing for my fridge and double wall oven that were not being delivered and the company admitted to not having in stock. They agreed to pay me the full amount. Now, they have stopped answering my husband and I. We have gone to the store on several occasions and have requested our refund in person. Nothing. They owe us 8,187.87 in total for the two appliances never delivered. The owner is not responding to my calls. The store manager told my husband he would get a call back to resolve this. He never called him. We don't have an oven now for over 7 months. We had to buy another fridge, since the one that came with our new house stopped working. We cannot afford to buy an oven now, since this company has all of our savings, having just gotten married and owning a new home. It is a complete nightmare for us financially and we want to warn everyone not to buy from this company or to risk losing their own.
