On Friday, June 23, 2023 I was looking for a supplement for tinnitus. I found what seemed like a legit company, called Tri Leaf using "Shark Tank" as a reference and science report and testimonials. My ears have been bother me for quite some and I didnt do the research I should have. They listed three options. I chose a 59.99 option. The next morning (less than 12 hours later) I decided to cancel as I didnt have a good feeling. I looked in my e mail, and there was a confirmation of order that listed the price as 199.88. I looked at my bank account and there were two charges-one for 59.99 and one for 199.88. I called the number listed on the email, and told them I wanted to cancel. They put me on hold and then came back and said it was too late to cancel, but that they could refund me 70.00 and I could keep it. I refused and they said that I could send it back and it would be 3 weeks for a refund. I started to be uncomfortable with them. I looked online and realized it was a scam. I called back and tried to cancel again, and was told the same thing, AND that I had signed up for a subscription. I did not want that. I knew I was in trouble. I called my bank. They started a fraud case and I cancelled my bank card. My bank said it could take up to 90 days for the result of the fraud investigation.

I was redirected from a news site to review and purchase Rejuvenate CBD Gummies. There were testimonials that looked legitimate, and it was a special deal of buy 3 (at a reduced price) and get two free. When I call the phone number to check the status of my order and choose "9" for customer service, the line is disconnected. I sent an email to [email protected] without reply. I used my debit card and am now concerned about my bank account being vulnerable. Is this company legitimate or a scam? Thank you!

Debt Collections
Full Spectrum Loan scammed me out of money claiming that they where going to give me a modification. I never received my modification, and they never answer their phone again once they received my money. My home went into foreclosure three days after they received my money.
