Balsam Hill Christmas Tree Scam There was an add for balsam hills Xmas trees. Very, very reasonable. I ordered two. Find out they were comming from china, even tho it stated California and Stated 7-10 day delivery. Every time I checked delivery it was in china. A couple days after that I emailed them and they said it was delivered to check my post office. The confirmation they gave me was a china confirmation and when it hit. california they were to do a different USPS confirmation number. I tried telling them that but nothing happened. They insisted it was delivered. I asked them to send a copy of the signature who signed for it and they would not. When I called the post office for the last time, they told me that was a scam using balsam hill name. I called BALSAM HILL direct and further discovered no such Order no. existed. balsam hill imposter There was an offer on Instagram to purchase Balsam Hill Christmas trees at a huge discount. The site used the Balsam Hill logo and the webpage was very detailed. The tree I purchased was to be shipped by fed ex. I received confirmation of my purchase from what appeared to be Balsam Hill. I received tracking information that was in Chinese. When I did not get the tree I contacted the customer service information which was christmas-big sales.com. I got an email response from Amy that said my package was delivered to my local post office. There of course was no such delivery. This Amy even sent me a copy of the shipping label! All a scam. The company only took the amount I paid for the tree which I have recovered from my credit company.
