Employment - Fake Check - Equipment Purchasing Scam I was in the process of looking for a stay at home job THRU ZIPRECRUITER as I have a 7 year old boy with a lung disease, igA deficient, and has some food allergy concerns. I found the job and was interviewed through Google Chats all through messages by an Elizabeth Brown and I hoped everything was going to work out until they wanted to cut me a check in the amount of $2300 to use it by Mobile Direct Deposit ONLY to buy an Apple Computer an necessary supplies to start the job. I have since printed the check and called the actual bank listed on the front of the check which i was then told the check was no good and listed as fraudulent. i have kept the copy of the check for proof!
The check came thru email from a Kenneth Richard the email is: [email protected]
They sent me the email with 2 pdf files the front of the check and the back of the check. It would only allow me to use one photo so if you need the other photo please do not hesitate to email me! They only wrote me out for $2000 as my bank only allows that limit per day of a Mobile Check Direct Deposit. (845) 424-3477 Email: [email protected]
