I purchased items from this company and paid using my PayPal account that is linked to my Bank of America account. I received an email from the merchant telling me my transaction was done and gave my a reference number that does not exist with PayPal (2VF534289K024532C) on 11/10/2023. PayPal has no records of this transaction but my bank paid the merchant $58.92 on 11/13/2023. I have not received the items and I am having challenges with my bank getting my money back. I contacted the number listed for the merchant and the number is not good. This is a scam and I hope this report helps protect others in the future. Thank you

I ordered this off of a Facebook ad .It was for a special for like Twenty Six Dollars for two bottles.After I put my credit card information in and it went through. a popup said I would be charged over one hundred and ninety eight dollars. There was a number on there page so I called and they said that it did not go through. I got a email from my credit card treating this as a scam. They said if I wanted the merchandise to reorder, which I did not do. found out that they sent it back though and it went through. I cancel my credit card but i am not sure the last amount will betaken off. I tried to go back on there ad to get more information but they had already taken it down. I am on a fixed income so I hope this money is taken care of by credit card company. I received there merchandise today in the mail, I don't know what to do with it.

Pretty Little Deals / My Argon
My Argon, which goes by multiple other names, including Pretty Little Deals, and other names, seems to be in cahoots with PayPal, which is very unfortunate. They sell skincare and other products on Facebook but a deeper search shows multiple complaints for non receipt of items. Basically, working with PayPal, they withdraw funds from your bank account on file and never ship the item. They issue phony, non working phone numbers, track numbers. etc. Sadly, PayPal delays and delays and delays by months, any refund. Do not get involved with My Argon or Pretty Little Deals because you will never get your item and PayPal will not issue any refund. I am disgusted with PayPal over this and assume they must be getting some kind of kickback. The amount of money lost was very small, the scam though, multiplied by the thousands, means PayPal and My Argon are making a financial killing.

Online Overseas Retailer Scam
Never received by product. I have emailed several times. Their number is not working. Their facebook page has many complaints that are saying the same thing. They originally had an address in New York. Now I noticed that their new address is Ontario. They sent me a tracking number of shipment, but it didn't work. No such order.
