SRP Impostor
Caller ID stated SRP. The individual claimed to be notifying us of an automatic shut off due to lack of payment on the account. Then he provided a phone number for "billing," but the person I spoke to on the phone couldn't provide any more information. We don't even have an SRP account.

Debt Collections
The scammer called my business and said that they were Eversource and that our power would be shut off in 30 minutes because I missed payments. I assured them that I made all my payments, but they said there was an issue with online payments not being received. They said I had to go to a physical location and make a payment immediately to stop the power from being shut off.
