Telemarketing Calls
This number leaves a recorded message, or if answered, the same recording plays but will not give you the opportunity to reach a live person. The recording states this “Hello my name is Michael Carver I'm calling today about a formal complaint filed against *insert name*. If you have any information and to the whereabouts of *insert name.* Please contact our office at 833-354-2473 again that number is 833-354-2473 our next step will be notified of the proper authorities Thank you.”. They do not leave a business name, or any further details, however after further research, many other victims receive the same calls, and report its related to a RAM, LLC which is a debt collection agency. I do not have any open debts with any company. I had my ID stolen years ago and was the victim to these callers collecting payday loan debt, but after I filed a police report the calls and all attempts stopped. They are now resurfacing and have already contacted most of my family with the same threats of reaching out to the authorities if they don’t respond. They have called multiple times now, and have contacted me, my husband, and my brother I law(3 times) this morning alone. I do not want them reaching out to anyone else. I have been advised not to answer the calls or respond because they will then mark my number as valid and will continue their harassment. I’ve advised all family who have received the calls to do the same.

Payday Loan
Company called me saying I took out payday loan and paid it back with a bad check. I have never taken out a pay day loan.

This company called to tell I was under investigation and that charges would be pressed against me by authorities if I didn't pay them. They said I had taken out a payday and paid it back with a bad check. I have never borrowed a payday loan or any loan that I didn't acknowledge.
