I signed up for boost one service an on 10/29/22..25 per month first free..2 weeks later i was made to pay 25 doolars 29th was my cycle end day tho..i then got email on 18th saying i needed to purchase more data ..i did ..never got it ..dec 24 they cut my phone off for no data ..i get a notice saying i owed 15 i payed rite then they took 25..25 more they say they arent turnong my phone back on till 29th.. next morning I went to the Boost store showed them ask them what the hell was going on they were on the phone with these people back and forth for 5 hours I finally agreed to pay 35 more dollars that would upgrade my plan to unlimited everything and pay my bill up and it would be turned on right then magically they can do that if I gave more money but they couldn't with my original $25 payment which should only been 15 so on the 27th I had phone service again I paid $70 and I should be paid up till January 29th nope last night at midnight when I was working and I need my phone for work they cut my phone off for non payment and told me they wouldn't turn it back on until I gave them $25 I asked him why I just gave them 70 4 days ago they said oh nobody told you that just because you did that it doesn't change your billing cycle and you still owe what you were going to owe on the 29th so I asked for a refund and them to unlock my phone so I can go get service elsewhere what a freaking scam rip off I have given them in 4 weeks $120 I should be on my second $50 payment they say that the system won't allow them to turn on your phone they just demand more money when you get more money then magically they can turn it back on their system will let him I'm not giving them another Penny I paid $70 for $60 unlimited plan I don't know what the other 10 was for they won't tell me and they want 25 more in order to restore my service I have given them four times what I should in 4 weeks and I have no phone service for the second time in a week and a half unbelievable don't get their service they're rude their customer service is horrible they will cut you off and just keep taking money I have never heard of anything like this ever if I was rich I would sue the dog crap out of them and from what boost said very boost can't even look into your account because these people are not boost I don't know why they claim the Boost name but boost when you go into the store the real boost has no access to your account so I don't know what's going on but run the other way it's not worth it you get what you pay for and these people are s*** scammers and when you call to complain and ask too many questions like why why doesn't my $70 cover it they hang up on you horrible experience I better get my refund or I will come and glued I told them that they were fake and what they're doing is wrong from what boo said a lot of people are pretty pissed off so watch yourselves people
