Site claimed will handle all firearm transfers and make it easy for the buyer. The first clue that something wasn’t right was an email reqeusting transferring payment by zelle, Venmo or bitcoin. No credit card info was taken. Payment was made and advised that transglobalexpresslogistics will be shipping the firearm to a preferred FFL dealer. Supposedly, someone at transglobalexpresslogistics emailed me and asking for “Custom” stamps to get through customs. Well, it’s coming from AZ and customs would have no dealings with a domestic shipment. I advised this but they claimed customs would then open the package without these stamps. I paid it to see what would happen. Day or so the delivery service emailed me and said they need such and such amount for insurance. I told them at this point I would not make any further payments and that if I wanted insurance on the package, it should have been asked at the beginning of it being shipped. They claimed again that the package would be open by customs if the insurance wasn’t paid. I advise that paying insurance on it is only to cover lost or damaged to the item and not to prevent customs to open the package. After a few days Glock Generation emailed me and advised they have changed delivery service and that at a discounted rate they would ship the item with a different service. In addition, they said if I couldn’t do that in 2 business days that I could have a refund. I told them I’m not making any further payments and at that time I requested a refund for the item and the payment of the “customs” stamps. After that I have not heard of them at all.
