Undelivered Merchandise
I ordered an outfit and shoes for my daughters birthday. I ordered it on 2/21/2022. I reached out to them thinking I had ordered these items on 2/12 so when I contacted them by email, I asked where the items were and told them it had been a month since I ordered and that I needed these items for a birthday party on 3/19. When I ordered these items, in my shop app, it had shown that they had shipped but there was no tracking information which is why I reached out to them. I was emailed back stating that I was ******** pathetic" and ******. In other responses from them I was called ******* and then told they were not going to complete my order. When I asked for a refund, I was told no. Then when I asked about them cancelling my order and not refunding my money they told me that I was playing games and to come get my refund. When I asked for their address, the asked which address I would like to meet at and listed my two prior addresses. I have since found several complaints with he same responses and customers being cursed at on numerous occasions. I have never in my life see anyone treat people like this. I never once in my correspondence cursed at them. I just don't want anyone else to have to experience this. I don't think they have ever delivered any products to their customers. I am attaching my correspondence with them.

Counterfeit Product
This individual false advertises for selling tutus for little girls in different custom made characters or other entities. When contacted she was not very clear about how and when you would receive the merchandise. After some time had passed, and she was asked for a tracking number, or when the merchandise would come, she began to insult me and say very unethical and unprofessional things and would not refund my money.
