I keep getting calls from someone claiming to be from PayPal. He said I bought Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency and in order to cancel the purchase he wanted me to go buy a $400 gift card. He wanted to stay on the line with me while I went to the store so I hung up and he has called me back twice already.

[[BBB TRANSCRIPTION VIA TELEPHONE CALL FROM 2/14/2022]] Consumer received an email from the company on 2/1/2022. Claiming someone tried to use her Paypal account to purchase a gun for $449.00. Asked consumer to add information via c-prompt. Consumer thought that made some sense. Consumer filled in $49.00 to the "business". Business said she entered $4,449.00. He said he was going to give her money back, but never did. Consumer lost $5,000.00. She did the payment through Zelle. Money is gone. Consumer reported it to her bank and wanted to report it to the BBB.

He offers services as warehousing for companies and upon asking for your merchandise he returns shorts. He converts merchandise to his own use. He scammed our company for over $10,000. He return short lots of merchandise. We storaged apparel / jackets with him and return short 1,068 units short. Our company took him Alvaro Fierro DBA Toro Cargo LLC to small claims and he did not show up for his appearance. Be aware of his services and also declared himself bankrupt. Be careful. It is our duty to inform the public in this matter due to the fact that police will not even wanted to take a report claiming was a civil matter.
