The company had an interview with me, and later told me I have got the offer, but I did not encounter any technical questions. Then she said: Every other HR document will be sent during your orientation and training from your supervisor, you are to fill, sign and send back to us. Your paperwork work will be sent to you once you have your complete working materials at hand. That is because a section in the paperwork requires that you fill in the list of the working materials you have with you. I just felt confused about why I should fill in the list of materials, so I asked: Thank you for the update and guidance on the next steps. I'm looking forward to starting my orientation and training, and I'm ready to complete all necessary documents as instructed. I have a few questions to ensure I fully understand the process and am properly prepared: Training Start Date: Could you please confirm when the training period is scheduled to begin? Training Compensation: To clarify, the $24 per hour mentioned earlier is the training wage that will be paid to me by the company, not a fee I am required to pay for the training, correct? Working Materials: Regarding the working materials needed, are these provided by the company, or will I need to purchase them myself? If it is the latter, will the company offer guidelines or reimbursement for these expenses Will the upcoming paperwork include details on the training compensation and the procurement or reimbursement process for the working materials? I want to ensure I'm fully prepared and meet all the company's requirements from the start. She said: Everything needed for this job will be provided by the company, you will receive a check to purchase everything. Once you have your complete working materials at hand, your training starts immediately. Please reconfirm your full name and address for the check delivery purposes. So I think she would just give me a check and would make me cover the rest of money so that I would be stolen money for purchasing the materials.
