I have reason to believe that this is one of those scam calls that requires you to say "Yes" to something. Robocall asked "Can you hear me?" Call was from 808-797-2848.

808-797-2848, calling, "Can you hear me, now?" and when I said yes. They hung up. This was on a business line.

Can you hear me?
It was a lady but it didn't sound as if it was an automated voice message. Though it asked the question, can you hear me now? It kep on saying, I can't hear you, can you hear me now. And then it said that I was selected for a $200 gift card. I can choose from walmart, target, and Walgreens. Then it directed me to a survey where it asked if I have Medicaid and would I like more information about it.

Phishing Scam
This is the number that keeps contacting me via phone 1-808-797-2766......they have contacted me 3days in a row with an automated message saying its some sort of survey opportunity which is worth over $50.00 in services and products....they ask information regarding whether or not you have Medicaid or Medicare....what types of gealth issues you may have, etc..etc... After i declined all of theyre requests i was finally directed to a live person who then continued to ask me for ID NUMBERS RELATED TO MY MEDICAL INSURANCE....I know i signed up for that "Federal Do Not Call list"..the one so telemarketers and sales people dont contact you....so this is very disturbing to have these sort of calls coming to my phone...whats even more disturbing are the PERSONAL NONE OF THEY'RE BUSINESS QUESTIONS THAT THEY ARE ASKING OF ME . SOMEONE NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS ASAP. It DEFINITELY DOESN'T SOUND LEGIT . The public needs to be alerted especially our seniors who can and will be victimized by this sort of SCAM. Usually with these kind of people calling the first telltale sign is usually an ODD OR UNFAMILIAR PHONE NUMBER....But these guys are smooth using my local area code here in Hawaii , 808, so being that i live within this area code I was under the assumption the phone call was legit which is the ONLY REASON I ANSWERED THE CALL IN THE FIRST PLACE. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS FOR THE SAFETY OF EVERYONE. THANK YOU.

Medicare/Medicaid Fraud/Phishing
I received a missed phone call from 808-797-2491. I called the number back and instead of ringing it was immediately answered and the woman who answered immediately asked if this was "my first and last name". She went on to explain that she was calling from Express Prescriptions and she was calling to verify information for a pain cream prescription. She asked me for my insurance which I replied "my health insurance company". Then she asked if it was a medicare plan or private. I replied private. She asked for my birth date at which time I became more suspicious and asked what this was all about. She asked me if I have diabetes, which I replied yes. She went on to say that's why I need this pain cream. I asked her which Doctor this prescription was from? She replied that they are calling everyone to get this prescription pain cream authorized by their doctors. I advised her I do not have any pain associated with my diabetes. She thanked me and terminated the call. This comes off as a phishing scam and wanted to share so others wouldn't be fooled into providing their sensitive information.
