I purchased a used 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid from Shaver on 6/19/2022. Upon delivery the front driver side blinker was burned out. I contacted the sales manager that helped me and he said it wasn't a problem they would reimburse for fixing the light. 2 days later I tried to connect the Wi-Fi and it would not connect. I again contacted the dealer and said I wanted to return it as it seemed it had issues when I purchased. He again reassured me that all would be fixed under warranty and said he'd send me the service history. I never received any service history. Upon taking the vehicle in for service here in San Diego, they looked up the service records and found it had been in for both of these issues 2x before. I did not leave the car with them because I wanted to explore canceling my contract and returning the vehicle to them. After speaking with the GM today I was informed they did all appropriate service checks and didn't do anything wrong so they would not cancel the contract.
