We started talking with this company in June to finish our basement and on August 6th we wired Tradesmen Plumbing $12,204 dollars. After that we never heard back from them, they kept passing us along to different guys and wouldn’t give us a date of when they were starting our project or really any information at all. They initially told us it was going to take 6 weeks to FINISH the project and it’s mid October and they haven’t even filed for permits. They finally came over to our house after 8 weeks of being ghosted by them and raised our initial quote $8000. We would have just had them still do it but we were so fed up with them not giving us any information so we asked for our money back. The thing we are most upset about is that it has been 3 weeks since we initially asked for our money back and we haven’t seen a penny, and THEN it has come out that several other people are in the same situation. Police have been notified, lawyers have been hired and this whole situation is CROOKED. These guys shouldn’t be able to run a business.
