Puppy Scam
DO NOT PURCHASE from this website. They are SCAMMER!!!! I inquired about Jax the puppy who is 9 weeks old, up to date with vaccines and AKC register and received a Texted and an emailed with picture and video of the puppy from the seller. I done my research with the breeder to make sure it was good and legit. These scammer are getting good and better with their scams. After a few more texts and the puppy was $650 plus $150 delivery fee, where the puppy will be delivered to my house by the airline. I decided to go ahead with the purchase, which according to the seller is from Dallas, Texas and would have to fly the puppy out and then will be delivery to my home address. Which then the seller requested my full name and home address to provide me a bill of sales/agreement with everything stating a 30 days money back guarantee and that the shipping is also 100% safe. After the the agreement was signed he requested that the money be sent via Zelle as it is a secure and safe way (DO NOT FALL FOR THIS) there is no protection with using Zelle. He then provide me the Zelle information; Garvey Mark(email: [email protected]) and asked that a picture be sent after confirmation and once done he will booked the flight and get back to me with the flight information. The flight information he gave me was for Bayol Shipping Logistics another scamming site which they used. On the day my puppy is set to board the plan I received a called from Charles Lwanga stating, I need to purchase Pet Insurance in order for the puppy to fly in the amount of $860, $800 will be fully refundable upon delivered and $60 for the flight attendant to take care of the puppy and for the money to be sent via Zelle. This should have been a red flag for me, but I felt the puppy need insurance and send the payment to Lawrence Abata (emailed: [email protected]. Once the money was sent their tracker said the puppy will have a layover in Tennessee, however when the puppy reached Tennessee, Charles from Bayol-Shipping Logistics called me and now requesting $700, $400 for City permit and $300 for vaccination and immunization that they claim is required for the puppy to fly after the vet have checking the puppy. At this point I knew this was a scammed. I confronted him and called texted the seller who kept claiming that he was working and can only text, emailed but unable to called, I told the seller I want a full refund and will not continue with the purchase and the seller tried to convinced me that it was not a scam and that he's a Christine and that it was against his religion to do something like that. I told him i'm not paying another $1, it's either he pay for the fee and have the puppy shipped to me or give me my full refund. Which is states he's unable to do the whole $700 but can do half and I do half and that he only have $350 and he will need authorization from his bank for any larger withdrawal.
