I went on a site looking to purchase a golden retriever puppy. The Golden retriever say had a puppy I was interested in named Kash. I inquired about him and did all the paperwork for owner transfer paperwork and made the payment of $700 from my bank account through person to person payment the payment went through on the 30th and I never received the pup when they said the pup was at the airport the cage wasn't appropriate and wanted an additional $805 and I told them I could not afford that that the pet company that was transporting him should supply that and they got angry at me and have not continued the communication with me and refuses to give me a refund of the $700 even though they gave it 30-day 100% money back guarantee now they will not even communicate with me.

This site was advertising puppies at very low prices,they are getting very smart because to make me think that everything was legit, they send me all kinds of documents to sign as it takes on a legit process ,they give me options of payment methods unfortunately for me I choose Zelle and paid,they kept communicating after payment trying to make me feel that everything was legit , they even provide me a tracking number from a delivery company ( is also fake) then they try to get $1300 additional for renting a crate they say 95% will be refunded after delivery completed, which by then I was convinced they were fake

My son inquired about a puppy. The total cost was $800. He paid $400 up front with agreement through email to pay the balance prior to Feb 18th. After payment communication lessened and the pup was not removed from website. We requested a face time call to see pup and they refused. We started to feel Leary so asked for a refund. They said no. We asked for some credential and paperwork on pup, they said it was in the contract which was not. The contract gave a street name city and state. 299th ave me, North Branch, MN 55058, no house number. Phone number 763-260-4177. An email of breeder@[email protected] which is different than the email used for communication which is family [email protected]. Do to being leary a friend inquired on the same puppy. Received the same initial email we did. Friend inquired about location and was told they are in Atlanta, GA. I also inquired about a different pup and received the same initial email. I requested to see credential and communication ceased. I texted the number with no response. There is no other information regarding this so called breeder except their email. I called the number and received a message that this Google number was not available. The contract gave no breakdown of costs.
