My partner ordered a product (Rosewater) for $47 from this skincare company. Founders name on their website is Jonathan Richardson. They claim in an email that the order will be fulfilled 4 - 7 days, it has now been almost 3 months and it still says “pending fulfillment” even though the money has already been sent to the company. She has tried to send an email to the company to ask about the whereabouts of her order but receives an automated email every time. There is no way to contact the company other than this. It also says that if you try to dispute your order they will reset your waiting time to the bottom of the list. We have looked up other people’s experience with the company and some people haven’t received an order for over 6 months despite having paid in full. This is either a complete scam or this company is wholly inadequate to be operating, as they seem to be unable to fulfill orders within the promised time. There needs to be an inquiry into the validity of this company and their products, as some people have also claimed that when they received their product it has a weird smell to it.
