Contacted via website to inquire about dog purchase Contacted via text and email for all details including purchase price, shipping, care, AKC registration Agreed on purchase price of $550 Used Zelle to complete transaction Next day contacted from shipping agency to pay additional $800 for insurance, did not, asked the breeder to pay, he refused Called Skyway Express Delivery to request waiver (why would I pay $800 for insurance for $550 dog?) Royal website (https://royalteacupyorkiepuppieshome.com/) and Skyway Express Delivery website (https://skywayexpressdelivery.com/) appear bogus Skyway contact number (+1(405)335-5856) After refusal of insurance was told told dog would be quarantined at my expense, received quarantined tag from the Ministry Of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Request refund from Royal and was refused Contacts name at Royal is Sam Simpson ALL email and text documentation is available for review if required
