Apple Imposter
Consumer google Apple and thought they were on Apple.com. They called the number listed on the site (732 328-9716) and the person told them their phone had been hacked and had them walk through a few processes on the phone. They then told them they needed to help her check her CashApp account. They had her send $19.95 to a trusted friend and have them send it back right away. This went as expected, however the consumer checked the CashApp app and noted that another $19.95 was taken from Stride Bank. The consumer went to her bank and noted a fraudulent transaction. Her bank did an investigation and was able to get the money back

This product was described as an anti anxiety bed for dogs. The item that I finally received, after MONTHS, was nothing like what was pictured. It’s cheap and has zero padding for an older dog. It was supposed to be an XXL for a husky, this bed would fit maybe a small dog. Customer service is ****, won’t respond, cancel or refund you. Total ripoff! DO NOT BUY!!

It appears I am having the same issue as many others. I ordered a dog bed on April 12, 2020. On April 16, I got a notification that a shipping label had been created and my bed was on its way to USPS. Three weeks later, USPS had still not received the item. I emailed Fuzzy Nest’s customer service email numerous times and they kept telling me the bed would arrive in just a few days. They also kept changing their explanation for their shipping policy, stating that they allow 7-21 “business” days for the item to ship from their warehouse to USPS (which is not actually what their website says). I asked for a refund in three different emails and they didn’t even acknowledge my request, only stating that the bed would arrive in a few days. Finally, yesterday, I sent another email, stating that it is now well past the 7-21 day grace period they supposedly get and requesting a refund. I got a response today which says they will not refund my money and that their shipping policy is only “estimated”. I really do not expect to get this bed nor will I be getting my money back. The most frustrating thing is that they delete all negative comments and reviews from their Facebook page so there’s no way to warn anyone else. I’ve heard the same about their Instagram page. I’m particularly upset about this because I was first introduced to FuzzyNest through an ad on my Facebook newsfeed. Hopefully this message will reach people before they have to go through the same frustrating experience as the rest of us. I’ve been reporting the page to Facebook as fraudulent but it’s still up.
