Social Security Scam
Received a call from 719-836-2930 saying that social security benefits are going to be cancelled. I was supposed to call and talk to a representative. I knew better and did not call.

Government Agency Imposter
I received multiple calls from this 'business' suggesting that they are the "Social Security Agency". The specific message from them was: Please call the Social Security number the moment that you receive this message. I need you to get back to me on my department division number that is 719-836-8892, I repeat 719-836-8892. Now if I don't hear a call from you we will have to issue an arrest warrant under your name and get you arrested, so get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you. I called them back to demand that they remove my phone number following multiple calls from them. When I told the "service representative" that I was reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, he said "I don't care, go ahead". Which he again repeated to me. I told him that if he called me again, I would be seeking an attorney to send them a cease call request. Again he said, "I don't care, go ahead".
