When searching online for a supplier for Chicago Cutlery Walnut Traditions steak knives, this site popped up with the "next to the lowest price" that I could find online. since the prices were soooo much lower, I decided to see if I could research them to be safe. I searched their address & found a different business noted locally at that address, but the phone number for that address matched the online site - with a different business listed. When trying to contact them thru email, was routed thru a couple other sites before it showed up the original name for the site that I started with. I feel like there's entirely too many hoops to jump thru to be able to contact this company = SCAM

They state on these websites they will ship in 2 to 3 days and send a tracking number. After 11 days and numerous emails, they state the can not find my order. I showed screenshots of my order on their website.. in this case Dersya.com as well as the email showing the receipt came from them. When I called it to the their attention.. for a few days they removed the email contact information from their website. This is a common scam using the [email protected] which you can Google what I have written here.

I used google to find prices for Ugg slippers. Dctom was one of several vendors Google listed. Their price was the best of the choices, so I used the link to reach the dctom.com web site, which looks authentic. The ordering process seemed standard, and I received a confirmation email and order number after using my credit card, etc. The email indicated that the slippers would be shipped within 72 hours. Their tracking function looked a little odd, but over the next few days, it seemed to progress as one would expect. Weeks later and still no slippers. I dialed the phone number listed and was not surprised to hear that it was not a working number.
