I was in contact with an individual who identifies as Justine Grove, Justine Reyburn, Ryan Hart, this was to purchase a puppy that was to be shipped. initially, they requested a 50% deposit but after they requested more and more money for shipping Insurance and other fees that are not relevant to the proper transport of a pet. within 5 days the order was canceled and they are not only refused to refund the money but attempted to extort more money

Online Purchase
I went online to find a Chow Chow dog breeder as my mom's dog passed away about a year ago and I was going to get her a puppy for her Birthday. I went through the Fanciers dog breeder website and I found Star Chow Chow puppy breeder. I sent a message that I was interested in purchasing a puppy and I wanted to know where they were located because I prefer picking up the puppy rather than putting them on the plane. They sent me an email back saying they were in Texas but could ship and that they had 2 free shipping vouchers so I would not have to pay the shipping and that United Airlines has a special program that insures the dog is safe on the flight. They then asked me to forward the $ to a zelle account which I did and then they wanted to know what day would be good for shipping for us to pick up the dog. They even have a scam alert on their website to give you tips on how to avoid scams. They also go by Charming Chow Chows and Supreme Chow Chows as I recently found out. I am out of a lot of $ and no gift for my Mom.

I was to purchase a puppy named "Patrick" which is listed on their site, I paid through Zelle and they said they will ship him on Monday or Friday. They stopped all communications and never shipped the puppy.
