I reached out to a Great Dane breeder by the name of Lucky Great Danes. They corresponded with me via email and said they would ship the puppy via airline and I was to pick up the puppy from the airport on Sunday morning, November 20th. I was contacted by the "pet shipping company" advising me that I needed to pay an additional $1000 refundable fee to rent a special pet shipping crate. I declined the charge and knew at that point that it was a scam. I paid the "breeder" using Zelle and am working with my bank to try to obtain the funds back. The recipient of the funds via Zelle used the name "Hans Bright" and their email for Zelle is [email protected].
