This store/site is a big fat SCAM. I saw the add, liked the concept of mystery box and bought it in July 2021. I waited 2 months. Since i never got my package I reached out to customer service to cancel my order. They sent me a link to 'cancel form', I filled out the form and trusted them to return my money. It's Jan 2022 now, and I still haven't received my money. I will never see my hard earned $56.16. Today was my 15th email to them, hoping they will issue a refund, but i received the same email for the 5th time. The email goes like this: "I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. I sent up your cancellation request to our billing department, I am waiting to hear back from them. Your cancellation is currently in the queue." I reached out to my credit card to file a dispute and they didn't refund me the money either. I have wasted so much of my time reaching out to wibargain. I tried to call the customer service number that i got from the email signature, but to my big surprise I get the automated voice "the number does-not exist" SERIOUSLY!!! I have lost my hope.

I bought this on 11/22/2021 from the company WiBargain (wibargain.com) and got an email with a tracking number saying the item was shipped. 2-3 days later, the package never arrived and I notice the FedEx site says the package is "pending." I gave it a week and emailed asking about a new estimated delivery date. The response was vague, just saying "we are experiencing higher than normal order volume. Shipping times will vary." Meanwhile, I am literally getting emails from them every day about new products, discount codes, and loyalty program rewards. It has been over a month and I still haven't received my package. Out of curiosity, I looked them up on Google and found out that numerous people have not received their packages, some have been waiting as long as 6 months to get their package! Unbeknownst to me, lots of people are getting ripped off. They're even on the Better Business Bureau. The company is WiBargain. Every time the email me, I ask about my package. They say the same old thing: "I apologize for the delay. We are experiencing higher than normal order volume with certain boxes. Shipping times will vary! We are working as quickly as we can to get your order shipped out. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us via email." I have asked for a refund but the sender always says the same thing above ^. I have four emails with the same conversation. And every day there is a new Google Review about this company and how people haven't gotten their products and wait and wait and wait. So therefore, I am calling this fraud and would like the bank to handle it since I cannot get any communication through the company itself. I've also learned WiBargain changed its website and is now under a new name/website called CakSupply? The merchant has not agreed to issue me a refund. Every time I ask for one, their response is always about how they're working quickly to get my order shipped out to me. I've also tried calling their phone number and when someone picks up, they hang up before I can speak. :-/ I don't think I'm ever going to actually get my order.

Wi Bargain advertised selling boxes of Amazon returns premium merchandise 10-12 items. I trust Amazon so I trusted this purchase I saw some unpackaging videos on your tube. I placed my order then immediately started getting pop ups about people complaining so without hesitation I emailed and requested cancellation the response was I had to call for refund. I called and the rep said they couldn't refund because package may have gone out this was August 2nd. So after a week I explained again I wanted to cancel the order and wanted an immediate refund. I was given a run around and then send a tracking number saying package was sent FED EX and on the bottom of the email it said sent ground UPS. This was a fake tracking number. I called again and got another runaround. I was told to fill out a form to request a refund. Today Sept 3rd the rep said she never saw my request for refund come through by email and I had to fill out again. Then she said she never sees the request they go straight to billing. Complete lies and theft from this company. I hope the News Media calls on this people need to know how they are stealing from people and paying others to advertise by giving them free stuff

My first purchase went pretty smooth. The product I received didn't really match the price I paid, but it was health and beauty and I am not real familiar with such things. My second order, I ordered a tool box for $125 and a jewelry box for $50. I ended up emailing them and requesting a refund or my purchase. I finally received the tool box. Now it is over a month later and I still have not received the jewelry box. I have emailed and called. NOTHING. The old saying holds true.... BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I’m in a group called Crazy Discount Codes and she introduced Wibargain to the group. She bought several boxes and they all have nice things inside. I was skeptical so I waited and finally purchased one in June. I waited and they send out tracking numbers saying your order has shipped….but the tracking numbers don’t work. I emailed and called only for them to say no refunds. No manager available to talk to either.
