Received a call from Maxine Arlington with Process Service Dispatch (************). Here is the exact message that was left for me: "Hello, my name is Maxine Arlington with process service dispatch and we are attempting to serve one of the employees with a court ordered summons. We're calling ahead of time to see if there's a policy and or procedure to discreetly without disrupting any business operations. The employee in question is a ########. A signature is required for proper service and delivery. If there is any information that is needed or the rescheduling of service, contact the issuing firm that is handling the case at ************ and reference internal case #########. You have been notified." They also called up to my work and left the same exact message and stated that they did not want to cause disruption while serving the summons. This is a legit attempt to get information (Social Security Number / DOB / etc)
