I was looking into purchasing a puppy online, I found this website that sold Maltese puppies. I contacted the owner who sent me more information and pictures. The owner of the dog requested I send a money order of $300.00. He sent over information to have the puppy shipped out of state. The other website was a fake airport website that it seems like he hacked, VIP Pet EXPRESS.com the phone number is 614-441-9557. This company wanted a money order for $740.00 sent to a western union location and to another person by the name of Devon Ngali. The person who I was in contact with and was supposedly selling the puppies goes by the name Dieudonne Lomah. I am now out $300 and have a heartbroken child.
