i had a phone call from the people who had scammed me they said i had a car that I had purchaed in 1998. American Credit had filed a complaint against me. They informed me that I still had a balance on the car for 6,000 dollars. saying that if I don't pay the rmaining balance, they were going to take me to court. John Water conned me into giving out my credit card number from my bank account. They told me that I had to pay 400.00 for 2 weeks started on this date. 9/12. It would have continued on until Febuary. My friends told that I was being scammed out of my money. So I canceled.my credit cards for the payments. Now they are leaving me nasty voicemail on the cellphone. I just want this to end! I also received no notices about this bill nor the name of the company.
