Handyman Mike T. A to Z Repairs
Handyman. Just wanted to put a warning out of an experience I had with Mike Taylor 609-554-4513 a handyman that was recommended to do some work around my house. The work that he did complete was unacceptable. He has not been back to complete the unfinished work or correct the unacceptable work. I have called him numerous times, he does not have his voicemail set up, and does not return my calls after texting him and emailing him. When he started the work, I paid him upfront for materials, which was ok with me and then before completing the work he asked for the remainder of his fee, which I paid, and which some may say was stupid. Yes it was stupid of me to pay him upfront before he completed the job. But, I was having knee surgery and would not be home for 3 weeks so I thought I was being nice so that when he did complete the job he would not have to wait to get paid. When hiring someone I like to keep it local and give a small business the opportunity to have some work. I have no idea what Mike’s reasons are for disappearing from my job and not communicating with me. I've been trying to get in touch with him and his voicemail is not set up and he does not answer my calls.
