In September 2020, saw an ad on Facebook for KoreTrak fitness watches. Ordered 2 watches. It has been 2 1/2 months since the order was placed, and have not received watches. Have contacted KoreHealth several times via e-mail, only to receive the same answer stating that due to the volume of orders and the pandemic, orders are taking longer to ship and receive - please be patient. Tried calling the customer service several times, and only get a recording suggesting we contact them via e-mail - then they hang up. At this time, they have stopped responding to our e-mail inquiries. There is a USPS tracking number, but when we check that, it states that the Post Office is waiting for the package. Continue to see advertisements for these watches. Also, we continue to receive e-mails from this company advertising other products they sell.

Saw this ad on Yahoo homepage for the starscope monocular. I communicated with a representative on 1/9/20 via email who assured me that their US office was there to address any needs and assure my satisfaction with the product. I ordered the product, paid $56.94 including S&H, and as of this date 2/27/20, I have not received the product nor a credit on my credit card. The US rep has made promises to ship the product and offered a discount and non of that has happened. I'm not just trying to get a refund issued on my credit card. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY!
