In contacted Blackjet Gaming on Facebook market place on December 10th 2021 to purchase an Xbox Series X for my kids for Christmas. The seller guaranteed 100% satisfaction guaranteed on my purchase of a brand new factory sealed Xbox Series X for $600, with free 48hour shipping anywhere in the United States. I had to wait until December 15th 2021 to purchase, because that’s when I got paid. I paid Blackjet gaming through their preferred method of payment through CashApp. They got their $600 and immediately sent me a receipt and a bogus tracking number. The next day I got a call from Blackjet Gamings shipping company ProCourier that my package would be on hold until I pay the shipping company a refundable $400 for shipping insurance. Right then I knew we had been scammed. I immediately messaged Blackjet gaming through Facebook messenger and told them of the situation and he told me to calm down and he would pay it and that my Xbox Series X would arrive December 17th 2021 no later than 5pm. I notified him again that my package was still on hold. Then Blackjet gaming store blocked me on Facebook Messenger, blocked me on their phone and ProCourier did the same to me as well. I called both companies from another phone line and only Blackjet would answer my call, he pretended to be concerned and asked for my order number. I have him my order number and Blackjet said just a moment and hung up on me and preceded to block me after that conversation. Blackjet has not given me my order or a refund and it’s been over a month. My wife called Blackjet and pretended she was a new customer and they tried to pull the same scam with her. They are not good people to steal $600 from a family of 6 during Covid in which my wife and I just got back to work after 1 1/2 years. We really need help and want to expose their fraudulent activities. They are online and keep changing their Google Phone numbers to continue a joint scam with ProCourier. They are also on Facebook Market place and we tried to get them removed and Facebook won’t remove them. Please help. Again we did not receive the item or a refund so I am just attaching the fake receipt they gave us.

Online Retailer - Gaming Console Seller Scam
I ordered a PlayStation 5 from this company on December 10th. I sent the money $600 through Zelle to Melissa Amenace. I realized I had put the wrong address, so reached out to them to give them the correct address. They charged me another $100 for the change. I am attaching screenshots of the bank transactions. I have not received the product and tried reaching out to the company again, only to realize they blocked me being able to call or message them directly. Now I’m out $700.00 and feel they are scamming others as well.

Hi my sister recently a few days ago got scammed out of 2,100 dollars from them she was interested in there cat Bobo she emailed them on there site and got a quick reply saying all the right things and asking her lots of questions on how she would care for the kitten if they chose her so it sounded convincing so she sent them 500 in gift card through zella they said they ship the cat then she got an email from transport company saying it needed insulated crate so she spent another 650 then after that they wanted 950 for pet insurance so she paid that and then no more reply’s or nothing never got the kitten unfortunately that same day I went on there site to investigate and seen they still had him posted for sale so I emailed them asking if he was for sale still couple days later I got a text message from them asking me to look at my email and that number they text me from was 609-382-9965 also they go by the name christoper and kristen smith and paper as Christians to reel you in more that there trustworthy I asked if I could pay with PayPal but they insisted that they no longer use it cause they have troubles with it and only use Zelle now which I had never heard of or they said they take gift cards as well I asked how I could trust them and she replied back how there trustworthy godly people and offered her drivers license if I needed reassurance so I said yes that would make me feel better then couple hours later I receive a DL picture from her which who knows if that’s them or they took some innocent person info but I do have a picture or emails if you guys need them it says there address is 8305 Wessex place Princeton,NJ 08540 hope these people get shut down so they quit hurting and stealing from innocent people like my sister

I contacted this person via recycler.com about a golden retriever puppy. He stated he lived 6 hours from Los Angeles and could ship the puppy to me the very next day. After I told him I would not pay the full price only a deposit he requested $500 to set up shipping in which I paid via Paypal to [email protected] The next day came and he did not contact me so I reached out to him asking ETA on the dog. He then said he was "at the vet" and would contact me in 30 minutes. When he did not contact me and it had been 2 hours I knew in my gut it was a scam. I contacted paypal to ask for a refund. Shortly after he contacted me saying this globalway delivery service would contact me regarding delivery. I went to their website and contacted the phone number listed (929-335-9798) which was a cell phone number from NYC. Some guy answered "hello" and when I asked who he was he would not give me his name. Once I asked if this was Globalway services he said "oh yea, do we have a package for you?" Right then and there I knew this was not real. When I asked him questions he refused to answer them and then hung up on me. Paypal responded they would not refund me so I am now having to fight and go through the credit card company. Suddenly the seller called me and then the services company called me again, the guy from the company refused to tell me where they were even located, he became irate and rude on the phone and then hung up on me. The seller called me back and tried to apologize and say he would "Drive the dog to me." At this point I know its not real and hung up on him and reported it.
